Building materials
Casa Forte
Around 30 million records across more than 2,000 tables — answers that took days, now in seconds.
The context
Casa Forte is a building-materials retail chain. The entire operation — sales, inventory, finance, tax, accounting — lives inside an ERP with more than 2,000 tables and around 30 million records. The data was always there. The problem was getting to it.
What wasn't connected
Every business question — “how much of this did I sell this quarter?”, “which customers have the most overdue invoices?” — became a ticket in the technical team's queue. The answer took hours or days: someone had to know the right table, write the query, export to a spreadsheet and cross-reference by hand. Whoever had the question didn't know the query; whoever knew the query didn't know the business rule.
What DUBAI connected
DUBAI mirrored the entire ERP and put a plain-language chat on top of the data. A business question turns into a database query automatically — and comes back as text, a table and a chart, already in the right format, with the company's rules built in. No report to open, no need to know where the data lives, no one to depend on.
Signature moment · From days to seconds
The answer that once took days in the analyst's queue now arrives in seconds — on the owner's own screen, straight from their phone. The same question that required a person, a query and a spreadsheet is now just a typed sentence. Data stopped being a request and became a conversation.
